I grabbed two bottles of the new
OPI Blue Shatter shades recently. I got the Blue and Navy Shatter shades. I thought I'd try the blue first. It's a cool electric blue shade. I paired it with Birthday Babe which is a light silver shade.
I love the effect. It's bright, fun and summery. Perfect for a summer vacation.
I will be trying out the Navy Shatter soon.
